Service Description
Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation at Haven with our transformative Hatha yoga class infused with Reiki energy. Hatha is a traditional form of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. The word "hatha" is derived from Sanskrit, combining "ha" (sun) and "tha" (moon), representing the balance of opposing energies within the body—active and passive, hot and cold, masculine and feminine. Immerse yourself in 40 minutes of carefully curated asana and pranayama sequences designed to harmonize and replenish your mind, body, and spirit. Suitable for practitioners of all levels, modifications will be offered to ensure accessibility and personalization. Concluding the class, indulge in a serene savasana for the final 20 minutes, where you'll have the opportunity to receive Reiki energy from your instructor. Please bring your own yoga mat and blocks if desired. Meditation cushions and blankets will be provided. Meet Amber, a compassionate yoga instructor and holistic wellness practitioner. With 200-hour RYT certification and soon to complete her 500 Hour RYT this May, Amber combines yoga with Reiki and assisted stretch techniques for deep relaxation and healing. Known for a warm and empathetic approach, Amber creates classes focused on improving functional movement patterns and nurturing mind-body-spirit connection.
